ARTTOO Studio Shipping & Delivery Policy

ARTTOO Studio is committed to ensuring every order is delivered safely and on time, while maintaining complete transparency in shipping costs, taxes, and import duties. This policy outlines how we process and ship all orders globally.
1. Origin & Fulfillment
- All products are designed by our Tokyo, Japan design team.
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Guangzhou, China workshop.
Processing Time:
- Standard items: Usually processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customized / engraved items: Require 5–7 business days before shipping.
2. Shipping Regions & Rates
Unless otherwise specified, the following rules apply to all supported destinations:
- Orders over USD $120 (or local equivalent) qualify for free shipping.
- Orders below the threshold incur a flat rate shipping fee of USD $5 (or local equivalent).
- All prices include taxes and are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most destinations, meaning no additional duties or import taxes are due upon delivery. Any exceptions will be clearly stated at checkout.

3. Restricted or Unavailable Regions
We currently do not ship to the following regions (subject to change based on legal or logistics restrictions): Russia, Ukraine, India, Brazil, and certain remote islands or military zones.
4. Taxes & Duties
- All website prices are tax-inclusive.
- We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for most countries — duties and import taxes are prepaid by ARTTOO Studio or our logistics partners.
- In rare cases where a destination requires extra local fees, customers will be notified clearly at checkout.
5. Processing Delays
Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Shipments may experience delays due to:
- Customs inspection or clearance delays
- Public holidays or peak-season surges
- Weather, traffic, or force majeure events
ARTTOO Studio will not be liable for indirect losses resulting from such uncontrollable delays, but we will assist in tracking and communication.
6. Customized & Engraved Products
- Custom or engraved items require an additional 5–7 business days for production.
- These items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
