1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns for non-customized items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Engraved, customized, or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Situations for Return or Refund

  • Product received with manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong item or wrong variant delivered.
  • Product damaged during transportation (photo proof required).

4. Return Shipping & Refund Method

  • If the return is due to a quality issue, ARTTOO will cover the return shipping fee.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer must bear the return shipping fee.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items.
  • Discounted or clearance sale items.
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging.

6. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email at hello@arttoo.ai with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days and provide the return instructions and shipping address.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

7. Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
  • Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable if the parcel is rejected, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect address.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry types (e.g., earrings) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
